Call the office at 262-363-4529 to get your name on the list for a class and print this registration form and bring it with you to the start of class along with payment.

Mail in Registration

You can print this registration form and mail it into the main office with your payment.

Online Registration

You can also fill out this online registration form and bring payment with you to your first class.

Forms of Payment Accepted:

Credit Card payments can be taken over the phone in advance of class only.
Cash or check payments can be made in advance or day of class.

ALL PAYMENT IS DUE BY START DATE OF CLASS.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER CLASS HAS STARTED.
